You may also contact us for a one-time consultation with no further obligation. If you choose to engage our services for the matter discussed in your consultation within 30 days, the full amount of your consultation fee will be credited to the final installment applied to payment for your case.
PROCEDURE
Once you have decided to engage our services, you will receive a Legal Representation Agreement (LRA) from our Client Services Department. The (LRA) is specific to the procedure involved and differs according to whether the client is a company or an individual.
The LRA contains all the details of the process and a breakdown of the various fees involved, After the LRA and the required initial payments are returned to our Office, you will be given a Client ID/Case number and your file will be activated and given to a legal department with a specific Paralegal designated to your case.
The Paralegal will update you on the progress of your case at any time. If you have legal questions or need advice about how to proceed or about other factors that may change or complicate your process, one of our highly-trained attorneys will consult with you. By law, paralegals are not permitted to give legal advice. Any question of a legal nature must be directed to an attorney.
Note: email is the communication best used by clients of The EID&EID Law Office with the Paralegals and the Attorneys assigned to their cases. If a phone conversation is required or desired, the Paralegal or Attorney will always make her/himself available. If s/he is unable to take your call, a voice mail can be left and your call will be returned. Clients may be asked to schedule an appointment to speak with the Attorney in order to avoid 'telephone tag.'
